Meeting place and time:
Please meet us at Toshimaen station in Nerima, Tokyo. The exact meeting place and time will be given upon booking. (Transportation from your lodging to the station not provided)
Cancellation Policy:
・ 9 days prior to the booked date : full refund
・ Please note that we charge cancellation fees if you cancel with less than 8 days notice. (Cancellation Fee : 3,000yen/person.)
